REFUND, CANCELLATION, & Substitution Policy

Registrant who wants to cancel their registration must do so in writing; email is acceptable. A refund of the paid registration fee will be calculated based on the date when the cancellation request was received relative to the date of the scheduled Event. Specifically, the refund amount is calculated as follows:

i. One Hundred Percent [100%] when the receipt date is greater than ninety [90] days;

ii. Seventy-Five percent [75%] when the receipt date is between ninety [90] days and sixty [60] days;

iii. Fifty percent [50%] when the receipt date is between sixty [60] days and thirty [30] days;

iv. Twenty-Five percent [25%] when the receipt date is between thirty [30] days and fifteen [15] days;

v. No refund will be granted when the receipt date is fifteen [15] days or less.

You may substitute one attendee for another at any time without penalty. Please email the NAEF team if you wish to make a substitution.
