REFUND, CANCELLATION, & Substitution PolicyRegistrant who wants to cancel their registration must do so in writing; email is acceptable. A refund of the paid registration fee will be calculated based on the date when the cancellation request was received relative to the date of the scheduled Event. Specifically, the refund amount is calculated as follows:
