Purchasing the Program via the Website
To purchase the Program on-line you must register for an account with us via the Website. If you already have an account with us you can log into your account using your user name and password.
Purchasing the Program via Telephone
To purchase the Program over the telephone, please call 410.527.0780. You do not need to have registered for an account with us to purchase the Program over the telephone. You must, however, register for an account with us to access your course on-line.
When you place an order for the Program, you are agreeing to purchase the Program on these Terms and Conditions.
The fees for the Program shall be as set out on the Website or as told to you over the telephone at the time you placed an order for them. Unless otherwise specified at the time you purchase the Program, the fees are exclusive of sales or other local taxes. These costs will be set out in the Website or told to you over the telephone prior to your purchase the Program. You shall be responsible for all costs you incur in connection with your attendance at any taught courses or your access onto any online course.
Accessing the Program and Account Security
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Program, and any service or material we provide on the Program, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Program is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Program, or the entire Program, to users, including registered users.
You are responsible for:
If you choose, or are provided with, a user name, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Program or portions of it using your user name, password or other security information. No Academic Credit
Unless otherwise explicitly indicated by a credit-granting institution, participation in or completion of the Program does not confer any academic credit. Even if credit is awarded by one institution, there is no presumption that other institutions will accept that credit. You agree not to accept credit for completing the Program unless you have earned a course certiﬁcate or other equivalent documentation of your completion of the Program. We have no obligation to have the Program recognized by any educational institution or accreditation organization.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Program and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
§ Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
§ You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
§ You may print one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Program for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
§ If we provide desktop, mobile or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.

We are committed to advancing the science of learning and teaching, and records of your participation in the Program may be used for education research. In the interest of this research, you may be exposed to variations in content oﬀerings. Research ﬁndings will typically be reported at the aggregate level. Your personal identity will not be publicly disclosed in any research findings without your express consent.
Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination
We have the right to:
